Shipping and returns
We’re a small company with high standards. Everything we make is hand-finished, so we’re going to be straight up about our timings, costs and returns policy.
When will I receive my order?
Standard drinks bottles will be shipped within 1-2 business days from your initial order. Once it has shipped, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email from us. Tracked orders will receive a unique number from our shipping service. Please note that standard airmail does not offer this option. If you need to track your shipment, please opt for a courier service.
How much will shipping cost me?

How long will it take to get to me?
All UK orders are shipped using overnight services. International orders will arrive between 5-7 days after despatch within EEA/Switzerland and 10-14 days for the rest of the world.
Can I use my own courier to collect my order?
If you order a custom drinks bottle and would like to use your own collection service, please let us know before we despatch your orders. Unfortunately, we can’t offer this service on our standard drinks bottles.
How long do custom drinks bottles take to make?
Custom/bulk bottles are subject to lead times based on the complexity of the design. Lead times can be upwards of 3 weeks for one-off custom drinks bottles. You will be given an estimated lead time before you place your order.
Bulk orders of 20 or more drinks bottles have a lead time of four to five weeks dependant on the complexity of your design.
Just to let you know, we are at our busiest in February and March as this is when most motorsport seasons begin. Please bear this in mind when placing your order - if you want to skip the queue, try and place your order outside of that window.
Can I return a standard drinks bottle if i’ve changed my mind?
All standard drinks bottles can be returned or exchanged in as-new condition within 7 days of receipt - no questions asked. Please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org beforehand.
Can I return a custom drinks bottle?
In the event of a manufacturing defect or colour inaccuracy please let us know within seven days of receiving your product. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue for you. Outside of this period, we may not be able to issue a return or refund.
Can I return other products?
Spare products such as straws and bite valves can be returned or exchanged in as-new condition within 7 days of purchase - no questions asked. Please contact us via email@example.com beforehand. Our ILE mini bags carry a lifetime manufacturer’s warranty, whilst SOS products are only returnable if the box remains sealed. Again, drop us an email beforehand so we can help you.
Does my drinks bottle have a warranty?
We're quite proud to never have had a bottle returned due to a manufacturing defect. If this so happens please email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know as soon as possible.
This warranty doesn't cover accidental damage though. So take good care of your drinks bottle!
